General Décor Items and Accessory Returns

All in stock items are eligible for return within 30 days with proof of purchase for a refund. Upon receipt of product, we will fully inspect item to ensure quality control and refund eligibility. A restocking fee will be applied to your refund equal to 10% of the purchase price. All returns must be submitted in like-new, resalable condition including original packaging.

Shipping, Delivery & Processing Fees

All shipping, delivery and processing fees are non-refundable. Lead time and shipping varies depending on product availability and will be specified in each product description. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or make changes to the order.

We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped.  Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 5-10 business days.

Custom & Special Order Items

All custom and special order products require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Alaska and Hawaii

Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by UPS with an additional charge of $10. Furniture, artwork, lighting, rug, and mirror deliveries are not available to these areas.

International Orders

All of our items ship from within the United States, prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Unfortunately, we cannot ship any items Internationally at this time. Please contact support@southharlow.com for any additional assistance.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.
